PitchWatt

FOR PARK OWNERS & MANAGERS

Know what each pitch uses. Make billing easier to explain.

Electricity monitoring and billing support for holiday park owners, managers and the teams who keep the site running.

When readings, spreadsheets and billing questions all need your attention, it helps to have the information together. PitchWatt brings connected electricity readings, usage history and billing review into one place, so you can see what each monitored pitch uses and explain how its charges have been calculated.

A clearer view of the park you run

See your sites, pitches and connected monitors together. Review available readings, follow changes in electricity demand and identify supplies that need a closer look.

Whether you own the park, manage day-to-day operations or prepare the energy bills, PitchWatt helps you work from the same recorded information.

Bring the figures behind the bill together

Review opening and closing readings, recorded consumption, configured tariffs and standing charges alongside each other. Prepare monthly billing reports, check the figures and export them to CSV or Excel.

Where readings are incomplete, the coverage status stays visible. Your team can investigate the gaps before approving a billing record.

Give billing conversations a useful starting point

When an owner asks why their electricity use has changed, a total on a bill only tells part of the story. Explore the recorded usage for the relevant period, look at when consumption increased and save a PDF usage report to help explain what the monitor recorded.

It gives your team something concrete to discuss and owners a clearer view of their consumption.

Look more closely at unexpected use

Compare usage patterns with what you know about occupancy and activity on the park. Continued consumption at an unoccupied pitch or a change from its usual pattern can give you a reason to investigate.

The graphs show when electricity was recorded. Your team's knowledge of the pitch helps put those readings in context.

Start with your park's needs

  1. Tell us about your site. How many pitches do you manage, how are readings collected, and where does the current process take time?
  2. Check the metering and connection. We can discuss suitable monitoring equipment, the internet connection and any installation work needed.
  3. Agree the setup. Decide which supplies to monitor and how your team will review usage and billing information.

Questions from park teams

Is PitchWatt only for the park owner?

No. It is also relevant to park managers, office teams and the people responsible for site operations and electricity billing. Account access can be discussed around the people who need to use it.

Can we use our existing meters?

That depends on the equipment and how it reports readings. Tell us the make and model of your existing meters or monitors so compatibility can be checked before a setup is agreed.

What happens if the park's Wi-Fi or internet goes down?

Compatible monitors continue recording on the device while powered and correctly configured. We can specify equipment with at least 30 days of one-minute local energy history; the storage period is confirmed for your installation.

Live updates pause during the outage. Once connected again, supported monitors let PitchWatt automatically retrieve the available records for the usage graph. Catch-up is not instant, and records lost through a power interruption, deletion or the device's finite storage capacity cannot be recreated. Your team should still review billing coverage before approval.

Does it automatically send invoices or take payments?

The current billing tools support reviewing figures, saving approved billing records and exporting reports. Sending invoices and collecting payments remain separate steps.

Can every holiday home owner have a login to our park account?

Owner access needs to be planned around which readings each person should see. Tell us what you need so the account arrangement can be checked before it is offered to owners.
